Matlab and sbml v3 with spatial extension

Subject: Matlab and sbml v3 with spatial extension

Hi,

I'm developing a model using sbml. It should include a spatial modelling, so I'm trying to use the spatial extension which has been proposed along with sbml 3. I was wondering if SimBiology or others Matlab tools are or will support this smbl version?

Thanks. Daniele Ramazzotti.

Hi Daniele,

SimBiology does not yet support the spatial extension, but it also looks like that specification hasn't yet been finalized. But SimBiology does support much of the functionality defined in the main SBML 3 spec.
