Hi,

This has nothing to do with MATLAB but it is related to signal processing and I believe there are plenty of such experts around here.

I am trying to record signals from a musical instrument with 2 microphones.
The intention is to check for phase differences during the recording.
However, after recording several pulses at various locations, I notice that there are no phase differences between them.

The only step I did before that was to apply a bandpass filter before the plots.
The filter is applied to the signals from both microphones.

Does anybody know the reason?

Thanks.

Oddly, I, too, believe that is true.
But this is "comp.soft-sys.matlab". Try one of the audio usenet groups.

Probably.
