Hello,

I need help in plotting this equation.

y = (1/pi*z)(Io(0.5z)EXP(-0.5z))^-2

where Io is the modified bessel function of the first kind.

Z =[0 1 2 3 4 5]

i need to plot a graph with the values of y in the y-axis and the values of z in the x axis.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thank You.

Hello,

Please see below, I don't know the value of Io.
If you know the value you can change there in code.

clc;
clear all;
close all;
z =[0 1 2 3 4 5];
Io = 1;
y = (1/pi*z).*(Io*(0.5*z).*exp(-0.5*z).^-2);
plot(z,y,'b')
xlabel('z value in x axis')
ylabel('y value in y axis')

Please let me know if you have any concern

Best Regards,
Saravanan Mani
