I would like to use block simulink , invisibly in code matlab ,
every time I run sim, the model window pops up
and is the front window. I would rather just have simulink run
invisibly. Is there a way to do this?

If the model is closed, the sim function does not open it.
If the model is open but not at the front, then sim does not bring it to the front.

What else are you doing in your code other than calling sim?
