Hi,
Does anyone know anything about the two functions "dct2e" and "idct2e"? Where can I find their code? Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

I don't believe they are part of MATLAB or any MathWorks toolbox.

Google pointed to a File Exchange submission that contains a file named
dct2e, but that submission doesn't include anything named idct2e.

I recommend you contact the author of the file to which you linked (Dr.
Carola-Bibiane Schnlieb) and ask her to tell you where you can obtain those
