Please refer to the link given. There are 3 sides of the plate which are insulated. Left and right side is subjected to convection. Bottom side is of uniform temperature which is 100.

How to determine the boundary condition for the left and right side of the L-shaped plate, and the insulation part?

For the insulation part is difficult because the part is uneven. From i=1 until i=6, and j=6, it is one part.

From i=6, j=3 until j=6, another part. The last part of insulation is from i=6 until i=10, j=3.

IF it is a straight line, like the bottom part, it is easy. The boundary condition is given as T(:,1)=100
