Hi

I am trying to build S-function for a PDE. I have come across only ODEs in S-function. Will S-function builder accept PDE. Please suggest

Hi Pratheeba,
the only way I know is the MOD (Methods Of Lines). This means you have to discretisize all other dimensions except the time by your own or by the help of an "extern" programm/function like the PDE-Toolbox.
There is a book by Schiesser and Griffiths called "A Compendium of PDE Models" which I found helpfull for "manual" discretisation.
For the use of the PDE-Toolbox see for example:

Kind regards

Andreas
