Data format in the neural network tool

Hi All,

I am using the neural network time series tool, and am trying to work out the data format that is input. For example, can someone who has used the tool clarify why each element in the 'oil targets' file(example) is a 2 by 1 array? I can't work out what these elements are supposed to represent.

Cheers!

Rich

The 2XN input matrix is a collection of N 2 dimensional column vector inputs
