Hello,
I'm trying to study a SimPowerSystem project.

Unfortunately, i understand (and i can't find it in library) what is a block.
You can see it here:

It's the block in RED.

Someone can explain me it? Or just saying it's name so I can find it in the library.

I think it is Zero-Order Hold:
