Hi all,

I posted this message before but still not find an answer !

I have an image that has different voxels with different values. When I add a color bar next to the image it is always scale it from 0 to 64 although the voxel values range from 0 to 0.8. So how can I re-scale this color bar to reflect the actual values ?

From your descriptions I can think of two possible sources of error:

(1) You assigned your colorbar to the wrong dataset, this usually happens when you are plotting different datasets. In this case, make sure that the colorbar is assigned to the correct graphics handle.

(2) You have an outlier in your data that you are unaware of. Remove the outlier, or manually set the XLim or YLim for your colorbar.

If all else fails, you can also manually set the tick labels to any values you wish, but depending on your application, this might not be a robust solution.
