please i am new to using matlab but desire a code on doing this:
i want to draw a circle inside the hexagon which maximally touches the hexagon and also locate/plot 100 randomly generated (but unformly distributed) points (to be visible), within the circle. The position of the points are given by polar coordinate (r, ?), where r is uniformly distributed over [0 , rmax] and ? is uniformly distributed over [0, 2pi]. (0,0) is the center of the circle.

Show the group what you've tried and describe the particular issue that's
preventing you from moving forward with that code and the group may be able
to offer suggestions.
