I'm trying to implement a symbol timing estimate using
cyclostationary features of a communications waveform. Can anyone
help with Matlab code that implements cyclostationary processing?

Ciclostationary processes can be constructed from scaling function
series of the form:


                 X(t) = Sum{C(n)*phi(t-n), n in N}


where phi(.) is a (wavelet) scaling function and {C(n)} is a
STATIONARY DISCRETE SECOND ORDER PROCESS. So all you need is the
wavelet toolbox and a (stationary) time series modeling TB as ARMASA
or (I guess) the TMW signal analysis TB.

ciclostationary processes in the last chapter of:


Walter and Xiaoping (2001). Wavelet and others orthogonal system. CRC.
