Repeated measures ANOVA

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of any code for doing repeated measures ANOVAs in
Matlab? It seems that none of the anova functions in the stats
toolbox can do it. I found some code for a balanced design here:

 <http://www.ai.mit.edu/projects/cbcl/courses/course9.63/>

I haven't tried it, because I need code for an unbalanced design.

If I don't hear of anything, I will try to write code to do this. But
it would be nicer if it already existed.

Thanks a lot,

Stephen Wilson

Hi Stephen,
I have exactly the same problem and have been frustrated dealing
with Matlab. I am not a coder type. Please let me know if you find a
solution. Thanks.

I didn't hear anything so I don't think the stats toolbox can do it.
At least not in any obvious way. So I have been using JMP for
repeated-measures ANOVAs now, and I don't have any immediate plans to
write MATLAB code to do it.

best,

Stephen

Yeah, I've recently coded this in Matlab...let me clean it up a bit
over the weekend, add some documentation and examples and I'll post a
download link for you.
