could anyone tell me how to calculate the Normalized frequency
variance of an estimator? What I have done is to implement my
frequency estimator, and each time I run it, I get a frequency
estimate "f" for a particular SNR. Now I run this about 1000 times,
and I will get 1000 estimates around f. I calculate the variance of
these 1000 values. But my results dont have any resemblance to cramer
rao bounds. Is there anything that I am missing while calculating the
Normalized frequency variance?
