I'd like integrate matlab into my own system(so that my system can
interpret m-file directly).

Hi Fang-

The MATLAB Syntax and Semantics are not published to the public.
Perhaps you can describe to this newsgroup a bit more of what you are
trying to do and we can come up with an alternative. Also include why
you would need to interpret M-files.

Regards,
Raymond

Sounds like a nice project. You'll have to put together your own
language specification though.

Somewhere I thinkI found a Yacc grammer file containing the
description of Matlab language.
I guess you can google it 'Matlab Yacc' or something.
I ran into similar situation a few years ago, but I only needed
subset of the langauage (not the whole grammer), so I found that file
whilegoogling and I guess ithelped me a bit (though I am not sure if
its a complete lang grammar)

Cheers..
