There are millions of people who can, but my guess is that YOU are
being requested to do it to demonstrate proficiency that counts
toward a grade in a course. If that is true, then YOU should work on
the problem so that you can count yourself with the millions who can
do it. If in the process of working on it, you run into some MATLAB
problem that you cannot decipher, post here again with the specifics
of your MATLAB problem and you will get a helpful response. Your
current post will not likely get someone to do your work for you.
