I have specialized domain knowledge in micro-fluidics regarding biological fluids, large scale informatics systems, data acquisition, signal/image processing, large scale databases, data-mining, and web-based informatics systems. I have consulted for large corporations offering my services in research and development for various products in immunohemotology, infectious disease testing (HIV,HCV,Chagas,etc), clinical chemistry, as well as proteomics/genomics. EMSA Consulting LLC also specializes in high performance computing. We are currently developing our third generation clustered computing infrastructure for pattern recognition applications targeting new bio-marker discovery.
