I love MATLAB. I love teaching people to love MATLAB. I love it so much that I went to work for the people who make MATLAB. I spend my days at MathWorks creating material to help people learn MATLAB. Life is good. (My love of teaching MATLAB notwithstanding, please don't email me for help -- post a question to MATLAB Answers instead. Firstly, your email will probably be swallowed by my spam filter. Secondly, private consulting isn't in my job description.)

I'm a Senior Application Engineer at MathWorks. My addiction to MATLAB got me this job at MathWorks. I love showing MATLAB, talking about MATLAB, and thinking about how to make MATLAB an even better tool. Edgar Guevara received his M.Sc. degree in applied science from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi, Mexico in 2008. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Biomedical Engineering at l'École Polytechnique, Université de Montréal. His thesis is concerned with optical imaging of neural activation in the spinal cord. He is the recipient of a study grant by CONACYT (National Council of Science and Technology, Mexico).
