Training Service Partner Application

Use this application to submit your training services based on MathWorks tools (such as MATLAB & Simulink) for inclusion in The MathWorks Connections Program. Please allow up to three weeks for the initial review of your service partner application. If you have not heard from us in that timeframe, send e-mail to connections@mathworks.com for a status update.

Instructions: Fill in this application as completely as possible. The information you provide will assist us in evaluating your services for the Connections Program. Please do not include any information you consider proprietary. If approved, this application will also serve as the basis for your Connections Program Web page listing.
