Description

IDCON provides powerful and industry-proven methods for nonlinear system identification.  It is an interactive and automatic modeling tool for multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) systems using measurement data, especially with arbitrarily varying input signals. IDCON nonlinear is ideally suitable for comprehensive system analysis with MATLAB for simulation purposes, as a prerequisite for control systems design or for determining system parameter changes. The use of IDCON nonlinear is not limited to any application area. Only a user defined model for the investigated system and measured data taken from the real plant are required.

Within the MATLAB environment IDCON nonlinear offers all functionality to gain the desired model parameters for further use. The IDCON nonlinear algorithm itself is provided as a MEX file.
