• BMW Mini - Powertrain electrical/electronic system integration, including ECU, TCU and ABS systems, OBD specification and fleet management, supplier management, full-vehicle calibration, and production support.
• i-MoGen - Integration of complex hybrid vehicle system architecture for Ricardo's research vehicle. Advanced vehicle supervisory control supported demonstration of 35% fuel consumption improvement compared with conventional vehicle.

Ricardo's customers include automotive and heavy-duty powertrain and vehicle industry clients. Ricardo uses MATLAB, Simulink, and other MathWorks tools for system modeling, rapid prototyping of control algortithms, pre- and postprocessing of test results, documentation of specifications (i.e., executable specifications), and HIL testing.
