Description

iSyst GmbH specializes in developing hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) systems used to test and analyze ECUs against real-time simulation models representing actual hardware systems. HiL systems enable early testing and analysis of ECUs against models of their future physical environment, often before physical systems are even available. The HiL systems are composed of modular components based on the specifications of our customers. The modular approach ensures that we can easily adapt our test systems to new customer projects, so we can maximize performance while minimizing costs.

iSyst is developing real-time systems for testing single or interconnected components, especially for OEMs and Tier 1 to 3 suppliers. The core of the system is a MathWorks xPC Target real-time kernel. Models are developed in MATLAB and Simulink, and models provided by customers (e.g., engine models) can be integrated.

iSyst also offers a test bed for implementing automatic tests. With Python as the test language, the complete integration of the hardware to the automation platform is realized. iSyst accomplishes planning, realization, and evaluation/review of the tests.
