This is a demonstration of the Neural Network Toolbox
 being used to approximate a function.  This demonstration
 used NEWRB to create a radial basis network that approx-
 imates a function defined by a set of data points.

 This demonstration also uses the SIM function which allows
 you to simulate a neural network.
