Supported Hardware - Tabor
MATLAB supports Tabor instruments through the Instrument Control Toolbox including Tabor's arbitrary waveform generators and function generators.
Tabor is a MathWorks Connections partner and has made a significant investment to create and test MATLAB instrument drivers for many Tabor instruments. To get started, visit MATLAB Central to see if a MATLAB instrument driver has been created for your instrument. An instrument driver allows you to communicate with your instrument using higher-level commands.
Specifically, Tabor has created MATLAB Instrument Drivers that utilize IVI drivers created by Tabor. The application note called “Using MATLAB to Configure and Control Tabor’s Wonder Wave Series with IVI Drivers” will explain how to use download, install, and use these IVI drivers.
