System Requirements
Product Requirements
- Requires MATLAB
- MATLAB Distributed Computing Server is required for running computations on remote machines.
Parallel Computing on the Desktop (using 12 local workers available with Parallel Computing Toolbox)
- Maximum of 1 MATLAB worker per CPU core is recommended. Up to 12 local-workers can be run on a multicore desktop using Parallel Computing Toolbox.
- Minimum of 1 GB RAM per MATLAB worker is recommended while running workers locally on the desktop. A worker consumes memory equivalent to a MATLAB session running without the MATLAB desktop.
- Minimum of 5 GB of disk space is recommended to accommodate temporary data directories.
GPU Computing
- CUDA-enabled NVIDIA GPU with compute capability 1.3 or above (Is my GPU supported?)
- Latest CUDA driver (Get the latest driver)
- For Apple Macintosh computers, Mac OS X 10.6.3 or greater is required
