RF Blockset 2.5

Intermodulation Analysis of Physical Amplifier

This model illustrates how to perform intermodulation analysis of a physical amplifier block using the General Amplifier block. The parameters of the General Amplifier block are specified in an S2D data file, default.s2d. The data file contains the S-parameters of an amplifier at frequencies ranging from 1.0 GHz to 2.9 GHz. It also contains power-dependent S21 data at 2.1 GHz.
