Introduction

Target Support Package™ TC2 integrates MATLAB® and Simulink® with TI's eXpressDSP™ tools and C2000™ processors. Together, these products let you develop and validate control designs and digital signal processing algorithms from concept through code by performing automatic code generation, prototyping, and embedded system deployment on C2000 processors.

By using the Target Support Package TC2 product and your TI development tools together with Embedded IDE Link™ CC, Real-Time Workshop® Embedded Coder™, and Real-Time Workshop® (all available separately), you can generate a C-language real-time implementation of your Simulink model. Target Support Package TC2 supports TI's C280x and C281x 32-bit fixed-point DSPs and C2833x floating-point digital signal controllers. You can automatically compile, link, download, and execute the generated code on eZdsp™ F2808, eZdsp™ F2812, or eZdsp F28335 evaluation boards. Onboard DSP peripherals are directly supported. The generated code is readable and editable with Real-Time Workshop Embedded Coder.
