Perform parallel computations on multicore computers and computer clusters

Parallel Computing Toolbox™ and MATLAB Distributed Computing Server let you solve computationally and data-intensive problems with MATLAB® and Simulink® using multicore computers and computer clusters.

With the toolbox, you can program parallel MATLAB applications or convert existing serial ones with few code changes using parallel processing features in the toolbox: parallel for-loops, distributed arrays, parallel numerical algorithms, and message-passing functions.

The toolbox lets you run your applications on multicore or multiprocessor desktops. With MATLAB Distributed Computing Server, you can scale up these parallel MATLAB applications to clusters and server farms without changing your code.
