Written in German, this book is a basic introduction to MATLAB and Simulink for engineering undergraduates and professionals. The book is divided into two parts. The first section covers the fundamentals of MATLAB as a programming language and the second part discusses the basics of modeling with Simulink. This book focuses on solving differential equations to describe dynamic systems. Numerous MATLAB and Simulink examples and exercises are included.

Companion Software: The author has developed a set of MATLAB M-files and Simulink models, which are available on CD bound in the book.
