Written in Italian, this book presents a set of programs called MEDEA, which has been in use for several years in the courses held by the author at Politecnico di Milano. It is a library based on MATLAB and the Control System Toolbox. Exercises include study of linear dynamic systems represented by transfer functions, retroactivated systems analysis, closed-loop system design, analysis and tuning PID industrial controllers, and analysis and design of digital controllers.

Companion Software: The book includes a diskette with MATLAB M-files used to implement the MEDEA programs. MEDEA requires MATLAB and the Control System Toolbox.
