MATLAB and Simulink Based Books
Written for undergraduate and graduate students, this book presents a combination of theory, problems, algorithms, programs, exercises, and numerical solutions. Each chapter starts with the formulation of a few representative problems stemming from various applications, and continues with the construction and analysis of algorithms as well as ad hoc programs for their implementation. Topics include scientific computing, numerical mathematics, approximation, and MATLAB programming. The revised third edition includes chapters on numerical approximation and boundary-value problems.
MATLAB is used to solve numerous examples in the book. In addition, a supplemental set of MATLAB code files is available for download.
