Access to the technical support team is a major benefit of subscribing to The MathWorks Software Maintenance Service. To contact technical support, you must have a valid license number and a Software Maintenance Service subscription.
Student Version Support
Student Version qualifies for MathWorks support with activation, installation, and bug-related issues only. For technical support and troubleshooting questions, contact your instructor.
Supported Product Releases
The MathWorks provides full technical support for the current professional release and the three previous releases, which typically span all releases shipped within the last two years. (Currently, R2008a, R2007b, R2007a, R2006b)
