What versions of Code Composer Studio are officially supported for the Embedded Target for TI C6000 DSP (tm) 2.3 (R14SP1+)?

I am attempting to use the Embedded Target for TI C6000(tm) DSP 2.3 (R14SP1+) with Code Composer Studio 2.2. However, when I try to build any model, I receive the following error:
Error using ==> RTW.makertw.make_rtw
SetBuildOpt: Parameter is Not a string

This change has been incorporated into the documentation in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous releases, read below for any additional information:
Code Composer Studio 2.2 is not supported for the Embedded Target for TI C6000(tm) DSP 2.3 (R14SP1+), nor is Code Composer Studio 3.1. Only Code Composer Studio 3.0 is officially supported for this product.
