Is the LCC compiler that is shipped with the MATLAB Compiler, capable of compiling C++

I would like to use the LCC compiler to compile a C++ application I have written, is this possible?

The LCC utility, included with the MATLAB Compiler for Windows, is an ANSI compliant C compiler.

It does not contain functionality to compile code written in the C++ syntax.
