Is it possible to create a time-varying element in SimPowerSystems 2.3 (R13.0.1)?

I would like to model a circuit in which the inductance or resistance varies in time.

An example model has been created to show an example of a variable inductor block built using Simulink blocks and SimPowerSystems blocks. This model can be accessed by selecting Demos from the Help menu, or by executing the following command in MATLAB:
open power_variableinductor
Right-click on the Variable Inductance block and select "Look Under Mask" to see how the block implements a variable inductor from the differential equations describing the element's operation.
