Why am I missing the 'yes no' toggle button on the Student Use Policy screen of the student installer?

Problem Description:

When installing MATLAB the 'yes no' toggle button is missing from the Student Use Policy screen. Also, there is some missing text in the Welcome screen of the installer.

Solution: This is bug in Java where fonts are being displayed incorrectly.
