Which version (32 or 64-bit) is installed by default from the Windows DVD? How can I install 32-bit MATLAB on my 64-bit Windows machine?
Problem Description:
I want to know whether the 32 or 64-bit version of MATLAB will be installed by default from the DVD. I would also like to know how to have the 32-bit version of MATLAB installed on my 64-bit Windows computer.
Solution:By default, the MathWorks installer on the Windows DVD will detect your system architecture and install the appropriate MATLAB version for your machine. On 64-bit Windows systems, it will install the 64-bit version of MATLAB by default. |
