This webinar is the first of a series of webinars that discuss some of the challenges engineers face in designing and implementing wireless communications systems. In this webinar, senior developers from The MathWorks will focus on the issue of modeling and simulating receiver synchronization.

This webinar will present and discuss techniques for modeling and simulating receiver synchronization – including symbol timing recovery, carrier recovery, and frame synchronization – through a series of demonstrations using MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and related tools. The techniques presented in this webinar are applicable to OFDM and single carrier synchronization, and are relevant to wireless standards such as WiMAX, 802.11, GSM, Bluetooth, and GPS.
