Facility Operations Field Manager
Job Summary
Due to continued growth of our regional offices across the US, we are adding a Facilities Management role to our Global Real Estate and Facilities team. The Regional Facilities Manager, as an individual contributor, will be the single point of contact for all Facilities related services supporting the US Offices (Chevy Chase MD, Plano TX, Carlsbad CA, Santa Clara CA, Torrance CA, and Novi MI).
In this role, the Regional Facility Manager will provide Workplace Services program guidance, company and group process and practice, and support all phases of facility operations to all locations. The position is based in our Natick MA Headquarters.
Responsibilities
(1) Proactively lead facilities for the region including maintenance and service efforts with contracted vendors. Ensure best practices and guidelines are in place directed specifically at the various facilities services
(2) Be responsible for US Field Office facilities ensuring Workplace programs, best practices, and processes are in implemented and followed.
- This includes annual visits to audit office conditions, perform vendor evaluations, and continuously improve operations.
- Point of contact with the Office Leads coordinating quarterly status meeting and supporting with any proactive or reactive tasks.
- Support budget planning, supply order process and approvals.
- Ensure facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
(3) Partner with Natick-based headquarter staff to understand operations programs and utilize rational decision-making skills to provide direction and support to each US Office.
- This includes cross-functional areas of Foundation Services including OSG-Facilities Engineering, Workplace Services, Finance, SSG, and HR.
(4) Support major/minor project efforts with operational start-up tasks.
- Strategize, plan, and support any changes coordinating with the Field Project Team and Office Leads. This includes establishing new/changes of vendors, operations, or practices.
(5) Communications via Group SharePoint Pages, Outage Alerts (planned/unplanned), Yammer, and Office Leads.
- Ensure consistent best practices are followed in all field offices to communicate with staff regarding facility operations.
- Manage escalations of raised topics and issues with urgency and responsiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 12 years of professional work experience is required.

Education/Knowledge & Experience/Skills:
- Facilities Management or related degree preferred
- Broad knowledge of facility systems
- Formal training and education of facility management practices
- Understanding of industry processes and requirements
- 12+ years Facilities Management Experience
- Vendor management experience including strategy
- Corporate Office experience
- Workplace Services trends and management
- Possess a practical, rational, and process-oriented skillset
- Corporate Facilities Systems including Help and Maintenance Applications
