Join our People Analytics team and help shape data-driven decisions across the company! We’re expanding our reporting capabilities using Power BI and Snowflake to turn decades of historical and real-time data into actionable insights for business leaders.

You’ll own the full reporting process—from data discovery and transformation to visualization and delivery. We’re looking for someone creative, hands-on, and experienced with enterprise people data, especially HRIS and Recruiting ATS systems.

Responsibilities

This role will be a senior contributor on the team, able to work well independently to drive projects to completion, as well as partnering well with team members on larger projects.

  • Executing full life-cycle Power BI reporting: requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment
  • Develop custom PowerBI/PBI solutions (SQL/DAX) to bridge gaps in our Snowflake model
  • Partner with our Data Warehouse Team on R&D/data engineering to build/specify new data sources and semantic models to improve our ability to predict outcomes or prescribe directions
  • Partner with our inhouse Business Applications development partners (who build our ATS, Req System, and Careers Site) as well as our Workday HRIS team to help drive innovation and continuous improvement in data collection and aggregation
  • Involvement in HR and Recruiting related technical projects 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with business intelligence tools
  • Expertise with SQL
  • Experience with Power BI
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience designing, building, and mantaining enterprise-level semantic models
  • End-to-end BI development
  • Ability to design and maintain reporting-specific data marts
  • Solid understanding of People Data: HRIS, Recruiting systems, typical workflows and transactions, processes, and metrics
  • Experience working with a Snowflake data mart is a big plus
  • Experience with Workday HRIS, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics is helpful
