Inside Account Manager (France)

Job Summary

Join our Commercial Sales team and help drive success by working closely with Field Sales and Technical Engineers. Your mission: solve customer challenges and accelerate innovation in engineering and science.

What You’ll Do

  • Team Collaboration
    Partner with Field Sales and Technical Engineers to build a unified strategy and tackle customer needs together.

  • Sales Process Management
    Use Salesforce to manage your sales pipeline from start to finish. Keep everything transparent and well-documented.

  • Grow Revenue
    Build strong relationships with users, encourage broader adoption, and expand product usage.

  • Know the Products
    Use your deep understanding of our products, services, and workflows to deliver smart, effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Planning

    Work with Field Sales and Technical Engineers to shape smart strategies for key accounts. Your input will help drive success through well-aligned planning.

    Sales & Adoption

    Actively seek out new contacts and projects to grow our reach. Show potential customers how our solutions can solve their problems and add value—turning interest into adoption.

    Customer Training

    Understand each customer’s goals and challenges. Recommend the right training to boost their skills so they can get the most out of our software and succeed faster.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 4 years prior sales experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

  • Sales Experience
    You have experience in sales, especially in prospecting and growing accounts through digital channels.

  • Proven Results
    You’ve consistently met or exceeded revenue targets and sales goals.

  • Team Player
    You thrive in a collaborative, team-selling environment and work well with others.

  • Strong Communicator
    You’re confident in both written and spoken communication, with sharp digital skills and attention to detail.

  • Customer-First Mindset
    You focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. Being responsive and collaborative is key.

  • Tech-Savvy & Curious
    You’re naturally drawn to technology and innovation, and you enjoy showing others how our solutions can make a difference.

  • Language Skills
    You’re fluent in English and French at a business level (C1 French required).
