Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst to drive insights across Marketing analytics, experimentation, and website personalization. This role plays a critical part in helping stakeholders make data driven decisions that improve website performance and customer experience.
You will analyze digital behavior using tools like Adobe Analytics, extract, and model data using SQL from modern data platforms such as Snowflake and create impactful dashboards in Power BI. You’ll support A/B testing and web experimentation, measuring results, and partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to optimize personalized web experiences. You will also be responsible for creating detailed, executive ‑ready dashboards for senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and consultative, with a strong ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that inform strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
- Analyze website and digital campaign performance and user behavior using Adobe Analytics and related digital analytics tools
- Use SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to perform advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and website personalization campaigns to inform optimization strategies and business decisions
- Conduct deep data analysis to extract key insights, identify trends and patterns, and optimize digital performance and strategy
- Develop clear, executive ready‑ dashboards and summary reports for leadership and cross ‑functional stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
- Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
- Experience with SQL
- Proficiency with web analytics
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Web Analytics and SQL
- Experience debugging web data collection and configuration
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to influence decision-makers; able to operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Strong background in data modeling and attribution analysis to measure campaign and digital experience impact is preferred
- Strong experience with relational databases and a high degree of competency in SQL for data extraction and reporting is preferred; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, variables, and formula creation for automating data calculations, is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in using Adobe APIs and JavaScript is a plus
