IT Training and Change Management Specialist

Job Summary
The IT Training team designs and delivers training and change management solutions that help staff adopt new and evolving technologies. We partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to guide employees through major system changes, AI adoption, security initiatives, and enterprise‑wide technology rollouts.
This senior role will lead organizational change management and training planning for complex initiatives, including AI and security programs, while contributing to the team’s broader work in training facilitation, instructional design, communications, and resource development.
Responsibilities
- Work with IT and business teams to understand project scope, assess user impact, and define change management and training strategies.
- Create and lead execution of change management and training plans that drive adoption of new tools, processes, technologies, and other IT changes.
- Develop clear, user‑focused content, including written communications, online learning materials, job aids, and instructor‑led training sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate and deliver learning resources; guide them in sharing expertise effectively.
- Use Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation, analysis, and enablement activities.
- Review all materials with project and IT Training stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

- Experience leading or coordinating large‑scale training or change management efforts.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, time management, and project management skills.
- Tech curiosity and the ability to understand and translate technology impacts for non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating online training, videos, or self‑paced content.
- Comfort facilitating live (virtual or in‑person) training.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design.
- Experience with AI‑enabled workflows or enabling others to adopt AI tools.
