Since the transmitted signal uses a transmit diversity scheme, orthogonal space frequency block code (OSFBC) decoding is performed by the function lteTransmitDiversityDecode. In the end, the SIB1 field, the first of the System Information Blocks, is recovered and the CRC is checked.
