Real-Time Simulation

Improve simulation performance

Performing real-time and hardware-in-the-loop simulation using a Simscape™ Driveline™ model typically involves trade-offs between model fidelity and simulation performance, that is, speed. The Simscape Driveline libraries include blocks that allow you to simplify high-fidelity models in a single step by selecting a parameter option that is designated as Suitable for HIL. If you have a Simulink® Real-Time™ license, you can optimize your Simscape Driveline model for real-time execution using the Execute real-time application activity mode in the Performance Advisor.
