Configure Simulation Conditions

Select solver, set initial conditions, pick input data set, select variants, set step size

For simulation of continuous, discrete, and mixed-signal systems, you can choose from a range of fixed-step and variable-step solvers. Solvers are integration algorithms that compute system dynamics over time.

If you don't know which solver you need, try auto solver. Auto solver chooses an optimal solver for your model and sets the maximum step size of the simulation.

You can also save a specific set of simulation options as a configuration set. After saving a configuration set, you can reuse those options with a different model, or easily switch between configuration sets. See Manage a Configuration Set.
