Redesigned version of Simulink Test Manager (Tech Preview)
The redesigned version of the Simulink® Test Manager is easier to use and has improved performance when compared to the current Test Manager.
The redesigned Test Manager has:
An improved user interface with separate sections for test definition, test configuration, and test execution settings that you can use across test cases.
Text-based, editable test files that correspond to the user interface sections and are easier to diff and merge.
A dedicated workspace for tests, where you can define and reuse local variables and test aliases.
New parameter sweep tests and sweep tests using inputs from Excel® files.
A migration tool that you can use to import existing tests into the redesigned Test Manager.
Additionally, it is easier to view, compare, and save test results, and they automatically persist. Test results in the redesigned Test Manager open in a separate window, which lets you keep your results displayed. The Test Manager also uses fast restart by default and has improved integration with Parallel Computing Toolbox™ for faster test execution.
