The Vision HDL Toolbox™ Support Package for Xilinx® Zynq®-Based Hardware provides progressive features depending on what other products you have installed. This section lists the required products for each design goal. To achieve each goal, you must also have the preceding products.

Zynq Development Boards

You can use the following development boards with Vision HDL Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx Zynq-Based Hardware:

  • Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+™ MPSoC ZCU106 Evaluation Kit

    Note

    Due to https://support.xilinx.com/s/article/71961, this product supports only ZCU106 kits labeled 0432032-01.

  • Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC ZCU102 Evaluation Kit

  • Avnet® PicoZed™ Embedded Vision Development Kit

    • Supports HDMI input video. Sensor input is not supported.

    • The Embedded Vision Development Kit uses the PicoZed 7030 SOM.

  • Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC ZC702 Evaluation Kit

  • Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC ZC706 Evaluation Kit

  • Digilent® ZedBoard™ Zynq-7000 Development Board

FMC HDMI Cards

This support package supports the following Avnet HDMI Input/Output FMC modules:

  • FMC-HDMI-CAM

  • FMC-IMAGEON

Input Devices

Any HDMI source, for example, a camera, DVD player, or iPhone with an HDMI cable.

About Apple Product Support

Vision HDL Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx Zynq-Based Hardware supports Apple products with the following conditions:

  • Newer generation: The support package was tested with the iPhone 5s, which works at 1080p with the Lightning Digital AV adapter. Similar devices that should work using this configuration include: iPad (4th generation or later), iPad mini and iPad mini with Retina display, iPod touch (5th generation or later), iPhone 5 or later.

  • Older generation: The support package was tested with the iPad 1, which works at 720p with the Apple Digital AV adapter (2nd generation). Similar devices that should work using this configuration include: iPhone 4, iPad (1st generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPad 2 and iPad (3rd generation).
