How to activate a licence?

I added machine in "Activation and installation" label, but now it is deleted. I try add new machine (based on MAC adress) but I have information: "No more machine transfers available.". I have deactivated previous server on this label. What can I do in this situation?

You contact Mathworks Licensing.
There is a limit on the number of times you may transfer a license within a given time period.
