How to access .exe file through matlab .m file?

Is it possible to give a path of .exe file through coding in MATLAB....?

You can use the SYSTEM command to execute a .exe file and capture its program output in MATLAB.

Thanks sir it's working now ...I would like to know that Is it possible to give input to MATLAB directly through 3D camera....?
